WE CAN NOT SELL YOU RAW MILK, SO PLEASE DO NOT ASK. THE COW LEASE CONTRACTS ARE NON- REFUNDABLE. YOU HAVE TO OWN A COW TO OBTAIN RAW MILK. Before asking for a cow lease you understand you are boarding a cow with us, not buying milk. You will agree that you are aware of any and all risks that associated with the use and consumption of raw milk. That all raw milk obtained from you is for your use only and for no other purpose. COW BOARDING: We now offer a cow lease and co-op, the cost is $57.00 for a year contract to board your cow at our farm. Boarding is $7.00 per gallon of milk that you receive from your cow. You are entitle to receive up to 3 gallons of milk every week from your cow. I will need a signed contract and cow lease payment in full from you, before I can except any milk order. All milk orders need be in 72 hours prior to delivery. Contact me by e-mail for cow lease agreement. The lease agreement price includes a $5.00 fee for the co-op. With the cow lease/co-op you can obtain butter and cream. Cream is $12.00 a quart, 1/2 Butter is $10.00 on availability. Any order not picked up, you still are responsible for the full boarding payment on the milk you ordered. Milk is a perishable item. Always bring a cooler with ice when picking up your milk. The milk must stay cold and at a consistent temperature. Never leave it sit out. Once you pick your milk up, it is your responsibility to insure the freshness. We are delivering your milk, you are not buying milk. PASTURE FED BEEF: We sell it by the half or whole. You choose the cuts. Price is $4.00 a pound hanging weight, then processing fee and killing fee. PASTURE FED CHICKENS: Pasture fed organic heritage breed chicken is now available. The chickens get live earth, kelp, flax in their feed, plus fresh grass everyday, weather permitting. Price is $3.80 a pound, this is a whole chicken, no cuts .Average size 3-4.5 lbs We will have meat chickens available this summer at a cost of $4.20 a pound, we butcher at 3-4 lbs they come whole and frozen. If you want fresh you must pick up the day of butchering. Next batch meat chickens will not be available until end of July. HOT DOGS: $7.50 a pound, they do have a minimum amount of nitrates and msg in them. These are 70% beef and 30% pork. ALL NATURAL CASING, no plastic. EGGS: $4.50 a dozen, the hens are free ranged and fertile. We feed them flax, kelp and live earth. The eggs are limited to 3 dozen a week per family and are on a first orders to come in will be filled. EGGS ARE LIMITED SUPPLY EVERY WEEK.
