WE CAN NOT SELL YOU RAW MILK,                                                     
You must obtain a cow lease with us to receive raw dairy.
THE COW LEASE CONTRACTS ARE NON- REFUNDABLE.
We now have mandatory classes that will be taking place at the Authentic Living Center in Troy
on Sunday February 19, March 4 and March 18 from 2:00 p.m-3:30p.m you can call 248-822-9253 ask for the Raw Milk class
with Lisa Howard to schedule your space Monday -Friday.  No walk ins limited seating.
Don't ask for Lisa Howard just call and reserve your spot with the center.
The class is $15.00, payment is due when you call and sign up it is non-refundable if you don't show.
We will be accepting 50 new members for the month of February and March.
Contracts will be available at the class.

Before signing a cow lease agreement you understand you are in a legal contract with us to obtain raw dairy,
you will be leasing a cow from us NOT buying milk.
You will be responsible for ALL cost on any raw dairy ordered.
You will agree that you are aware of any and all risks that associated with the use and consumption of raw milk.
That all raw milk obtained from you is for your use only and for no other purpose.
Before agreeing to the lease program ask yourself why you want raw dairy?
What we want from you, we need you to understand that all rules are in place for a reason,
you need follow all of the rules implemented.
We want loyal and dedicated customers that understand what we do and appreciate the work we do.
We have a cow lease and co-op, the cost is $57.00 for a year contract to lease a cow at our farm.
You are entitle to receive up to 3 gallons of milk every week from your cow and all other products we offer.
I will need a signed contract and cow lease payment in full from you, before I can accept any milk order.
Prices and products are listed on food order page.
Any order not picked up, you still are responsible for the full boarding payment on the milk you ordered
and any other dairy product you ordered.
Dairy is a perishable item.
Always bring a cooler with ice when picking up your milk. The milk must stay cold and at a consistent temperature.
Never leave it sit out. Once you pick your milk up, it is your responsibility to insure the freshness.
We are delivering your milk, you are not buying milk.
Ideal temperature is 35 degrees for the milk, never over 40 degrees
